We're a team of parent professionals who've personally faced the very same crossroads your teens are approaching as well as experiencing it as parents supporting our own kids. We've navigated the twists and turns of careers that weren't quite right, and we've felt the pressure of choosing a path without a clear map. Looking back, we all wish we had early guidance that understood us, one that could have saved years of trial, error, stress and the costs that come with.
That shared experience ignited the creation of our Career Guide. Designed for teens, it's the resource we never had — a no-nonsense, science-based approach to revealing inherent strengths, preferences, and ideal work environments and matching those with the right career paths.
